This area was a perfect spot for the popular game table used in so many of today's family rooms. The mahogany table from Lloyd Buxton, shown with hand-carved rosewood and ivory chess pieces, has a reversible top-lid for backgammon, chess or checkers. The plantstand adds a balanced height to the owner's wing chair, and the fruit prints bring contrasting colors to the blue and red of the existing window treatments, chairs and venetian-plastered walls.
